It was September 11’ 2001, the most unfortunate event in recent human history. But on this very day new way of life awaited me in a place which was totally new and unknown. But one thing was sure Bachelor life was about to happen. I was cut off from rest of the known “civilization” and made some friends which are part of my life as I am sure I am theirs. There were many things which were learnt and whose experiences will surely helpful in latter part of my life. The importance of little things in life made a big mark on my psyche. How things were said without speaking and things were felt without questioning!! How terrible fights ended up in great roar of laughter!! I learnt how life can be lived 24×7×365 (subtract Sundays, public holidays and second halfs)
It seems like a stop watch and four long years just seemed to start and finish with a blink of an eye. I am still confused as to when was I happy? The day when I left home for hostel or the day when I left Hostel back for home? This Hostel Chronicles or Survivor Series will be part of blogs which I will share my experiences of life in a Hostel of Engineering College. The people who personally know me, I kindly request them to add top this and keep reminding of the fun we had in Hostel.
