Well odd title for some interesting dish. Well do try this home. This is for people who would kill and die for a piece of Pizza. I albeit not alone believe “A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.”
It was one evening. I was hungry and wanted to eat some thing spicy and cheesy!! Mom suggested a pizza with much a little hope and a little hesitation I agreed. Anything that spells like p-i-z-z-a I just love it. I happen to have a "Pizza Hut" in town. We now how good (and expensive) those pizzas at "Pizza Hut" can be. A little apprehension mixed with hunger made my eyes fixed to the microwave. The first pizza was a disaster as it turned into a gummy like consistency, a piece of leather. There was a sense of disappointment for sure. My mother ensured that we must not get bog down by failures. This taught me an example of how failures are ladders to success.
Then came out the next pizza base. It was well attend with a generous spread of butter and mayonaisse. The butter was then topped by an overwhelming helping of cheese spread. This was topped by fried vegetables which consisted of capsicum and onions.
Then came the magic. Then a heavy grating of the Monzzarella cheese. It all you need. The Monzerella insured the pizza were as soft and as cheesy as that of Pizza Hut. I still have the taste alive on my senses.
I will make it a point to ensure that I have one tomorrow at brunch. A Pizza a day keeps "Pizza Hut" away.
