About: If only

If only:

I could if could breathe without exhaling with disgust.

I could imagine when I wonder.

I could get up on time and cath the bus on time.

I could rests all the ghosts in my mind to rest.

I could wake up without having to feel tiredness.

I could blog when I could.

I could not be questioned for what I havent done.

I could not be burdened with what I have not done.

I could dream without fear of ddreams coming true.

I could tell what I knew.

I could write when the times are just right.

I could say without sounding as complaint.

I could hear what others think.

I have a feeling that there is a definite corelation between the times I feel myself ride the trough of the wave and the infrequency of my blogging. The point is other way round is not true, so whats sauce for goose may not be sauce for the gander. But such is life. Isnt it all about your and ours. Success is ours and failures are yours. We will and you must. List is long and there are more than two fitting examples. There is often a lot of things said about "prespective" of a person, it is definitely not the indicative of how poor the persons vision is. Vision something to do with eyes and not with life or something preceeding Mission statement of the company.
What we all tend to do if to justify the good that happened and label the not so good things as destiny.

Going from vision to destiny. It is amazing what a fantabulous journey the mind can take, from downwright sulk to something more incredulous as the hulk. I had just one reason to check out Hulk (the movie) was Jennifer Connelly, again amazing sexy eyes. Just imagine, it is another working week, you get up, get ready and get going, wait for a bus and suddenly you meet someone you have been a fan off. I mean I was just imagining I could meet Steven Gerrard just like that.By the way since Liverpool and pile drived Manchester United 4-1. The class seems much less buzzing. I think I should have bet souple of beer bottles and yummy tandoori chicken. I wonder if I could had better weekend.

By the way the "holisitic" is to get on with studies and life. But I knew knew what I understood and I never understood what I knew, should life be allowed to meander along and take its own course, or people who dont have direction just fizzle out or sublimate or vanish like stains marks in a detergent ad?

Cricket, India smacked Kiwis and the Kiwis won back a little pride and lots of moment. The test match will be starting soon. I guess too soon should be said. The start just around the time i tend to go to sleep at times. My eyes would be rivted on Dravid, who bat often decides India winin test matches abroad. SAfs totally fizzeled out, I am sure Greame Smith if feeling rudderless too, poor chap is struggling for cover drive after beein gmacked on the hand earlier the year and now he was wrapped on his other hand. WOuld this series be a revival of fortune for Aussies?

West Indies won in a long while, they haven't won a Test series in some time. England without Flintoff looks like India without, Sehwag, Tendulkar, Dhoni, Zaheer and Bhajji. Flintoff is such a big influence for them. They could even come close to bowling West Indies out. One thing is for sure though, a series win by the Windies is surely not a case of revival for them. I am sure they have to be consistent at home and try to atleast compete when the play test abroad.

Blog: Where am I?

The song is an old favourite. I don't hum this song is often or I get to hear it regularly. I heard it somewhere, sometimes yesterday. I saw it on television again. I was singing it a few days back. I thought I should put it put on here. I heard/saw lots of old Hindi songs on Youtube. I just couldnt add all of them.

I am being lazy for now. A second edit is a better option

Blog: Living near a landmine.

Maoists in Nepal, Mutiny in Bangladesh, Cold China beyond the cold plateaus of Tibet, the Junta in Myanmar, High tides in Maldives and a marginally chaotic Pakistan. Those are India’s neighbour. No we are not at peace. We are at war. We continue to be optimistic rather than pragmatic about the situation we face. The dilemma is what would you do when your neighbours houses are on fire? Will you go out and help the neighbours or save your own home. An unsafe Pakistan makes the situation more susceptible to more terrorist activities in India. China well, would be easy to brush off and point west, but then they are definitely more proactive thatn us in whatever they do or claim to do. Any form of opposition in China is like finding a 100 storey skyscraper in downtown Kabul.

Pakistan was founded on every kind of vice one can imagine. It’s existence was approved to keep India's progress in check. I don’t expect any form of stable government barring, Army to provide stability to Pakistan. Pakistan has little to show of its own identity. You cannot just have an existence by being antithesis to some one else. There idea of originality is limited to the image in the mirror. The fact is that India has diversity, Pakistan has fractionalism. India is a thriving economy; Pakistan is more than a disaster to happen. It is an uncharted shooting range. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you from, whether foe or friend whether a guest or a mercenary. If it can happen in Lahore one can just imagine how hostile would the beautiful valley of Swat would be.

The question in my mind is, why are American quiet? Who did the Taliban managed to hit back after it was annihilated within weeks if not days. The fact is this thing happened in the American presence, sends jitter. You like it or not, Afghanistan-Pakistan region will never be ever stable at least in the life my life time. Pakistan (and Bangladesh) was carved out of India in just 73 days this insured Sub Continent remain divided and no single entity ruled over the Oil rich regions near the Caspian, Iran, Iraq. Off course Kuwait too was carved out of Iraq to ensure that Iraqi don’t have a port to funnel out the oil. Off course there are interests involved who have affinity for oil, both for consumption and for trade. That was one possible reason why the region is the way it is.

While if you happen to go through and read Afghani history, it is painted red. It is traditionally been a country always caught in war or cross fire of two fighting. Either it has been the cause or an instrument of war. Shakuni the great gambler in Mahabharata, was angry over the way her sister was treated, what followed is more than one chapter in History. However, one can just wonder if altitude of those places has rendered the place cold, cold of human emotions. Off course it is also a social issue.. I have nothing against Pashtuns/Afghani. It is the violence. I know every country has its share of things which things which are not glorious. India too has had a share of not so proud moments. But the phoenix did rise from the Ashes and managed to fight the dogma and some how manage to keep the flames of spirituality glow. I am afraid it will engulf itself in the turmoil.

The other thing of this terrorism menace going by the various acts of terrorism or what I called acts against humanity, you and I all are affected. You and I are both an eyewitness and a victim of these acts of terror against humanity. I am dead sure it is not about God or Religion. It is just a façade.

I think I will dwell more on this later.

Second Edit:

You know it is summer …

When you sit for lunch or dinner and think of a desserts.

If there is a power cut you imagine the fan/AC be working.

You want a curfew between 11 AM and 4 PM.

You sit and wonder and try to look back at the calendar and wonder when was it last when the day was pleasant.

When you go out, you pay more for fluids then for food.

Spicy food seems a challenge for the day.

If the weather is so hot, then you wonder why the sweat glands don’t sublimate, you know from solid to vapour.

You know it is seven in the morning, yeah the body clock has started to sweat it out.

All kind of flu and stomach intricacies start to happen left right and center.

Weekend dates are fixed with the family doctor for consultation and follow ups.

When the minimum temperature of the day exceeds the average human’s body temperature by few degrees.

You wonder if hell has come closer.

I say Ciao to the pleasant climate which never really came and saying welcome to summers that never really went away anywhere. I am fearing the advent of this summer, cause lot many thing are bound to crop.It seems the summer is long and the road is daunting to say the least. Did some one ever say "Baptism by fire." was that person talking of Indian summers. I hope I am ready to face them off, till rains come and bring tears of joy with them. :D
